Solving problems for 26 years

Websites, systems and apps for businesses with real operations to sustain. Everything agreed in writing before we start — and someone who actually picks up when something breaks.

  • 26 years in practice
  • 17 active clients
  • 6yrs avg. years per client
  • 5 for over a decade
The work

Four areas. One person responsible for all.

Build

  • Apps. Field apps for the team, internal ops apps, store apps. Most of mine solve cost problems, not marketing ones.
  • Custom systems. When spreadsheets no longer cut it and off-the-shelf software doesn't fit. Dashboard, records, integration, reporting — whatever the operation needs.
  • Sites and platforms. Institutional, portfolio, catalog, cultural project site. Hand-coded, fast, and not dependent on a plugin to exist.

Maintain

  • Infrastructure and support. Hosting, corporate email, updates and fixes — plus guidance on what stays under your name, like the domain. It's the invisible part, and it's where mistakes hurt most: which is why it's what my clients change least.
Method

No surprises along the way.

  1. 01
    Conversation

Twenty minutes. You describe the problem; I tell you if it's mine to solve. If not, I point you to someone who does it better.

  2. 02
    Scope and proposal

A proposal with what's in, what's out, the timeline, and how billing works. Fixed price, monthly retainer, or on-demand — the model depends on the work. What doesn't change is that it's defined before we start.

  3. 03
    Execution

You follow progress in a staging environment from the first week. No disappearing act and reappearing with a finished site.

  4. 04
    Live

Launch, email, monitoring — and guidance on what needs to stay under your name. And the phone number stays the same after delivery.

Studio

26 years of code. 15 in business.

Wolf + Partners has been around since 2011. The name comes from the guy who shows up after the problem has already happened, assesses without fuss, and fixes it — and that works as a guiding principle.

That's 26 years of web development. I don't work alone: I partner with designers, photographers and copywriters depending on what each project needs. The "+ Partners" is literal.

Before you ask

The usual questions.

It depends on scope and model. Some projects close at a fixed fee, some clients have a monthly retainer, and some work is done on demand. I share a price range in the first conversation so you don't waste time.

26 years of practice means what might take two months usually comes out in weeks. The timeline goes in the proposal.

You can keep me on if you want. Hosting, email, maintenance. The domain stays in your name. My active clients have been with me for 6 years on average, 5 of them for over a decade.

I've had a client since 2014. If I disappeared, I wouldn't.

Yes, and it's common. I take on hosting, email and maintenance for sites I didn't build. Some clients came to me that way.

Yes, and I know the administrative side: scheduling and documentation for project reporting. I've delivered projects with public funding.

You have a problem.

Tell me what it is. Five fields, two minutes. The investment range isn't a filter against you — it's so I can come to the first conversation with a realistic proposal.
